Hi geeks,

I was just wondering whether anyone knows what the legal requirements are for a client consultation form? Or where I can find this information out? (I've checked the habia and babtac websites but can't seem to find the info there!) I just want to ensure that I'm covering everything I need to with the least amount of waffle I can manage! :) thanks in advance xx

Just general beauty treatments e.g nails, massage. Would ideally like to everything covered in one consultation form! X

If you have been trained with an accredited company I would recommend to use their consultation forms as they are part of the accreditation which means they are right for the treatment.

As each treatment has different requirements and contraindications etc you would struggle to fit everything for all treatments onto one card so its better to keep it separate.
