Consultation forms

hello
i don't remember this from college and wasn't told on my lash training (only course i have taken so far) but what do you do with your client consultation forms once they have been filled in? do you keep them? if so, for how long? where do you keep them?

you know what? the deeper i look into this whole beauty journey the more i'm starting to think doing individual courses just isn't enough and that i should just go to college and have an unsettled routine for me and my family for a few years.

Ask your insurance company. My insurance company insist I keep them for five years. However I've never thrown any out
