Can anyone help me

I want to create groups on my iPhone 4 s and put the contacts not each group I create how do I do this?

You can do it when it's connected to the computer through iTunes

If you have Outlook or Mac Address Book it is possible to create iphone contact groups via these programs and then transfer the groups to your iPhone via an iTunes sync.

If you don't use Outlook or do not have a Mac, try using a third party tool like copytrans contacts.
