COSHH statements

HI - I need to have cossh statements for my beauty room, but I am struggling to find these.

I am also wondering what products need these.

Barbicide, acetone, is all I can think of?

Can anyone help?

ive just recently done one for my beauty rooms and you have to put every single product you use on. you also need to contact your suppliers who will send you a coshh safety intent form this means that you dont have to list every single product supplied by them eg. matis sent me one and all it was was a letter headed form saying that all products supplied by matis complied with current health and safety legislation when used by a trained therapist who also held a training manual. if you go on the habia website you will get alot of info off there. my local health and safety officer gave me loads of help and also sent me a coshh form to fill in. dont be frightend to ask them for help, they are ther to help, the last thing they want to do is shut you down.
