CosmoProf is the official distributor in North America so I am positive they stock it at every location.
But yes, you can check directly with CosmoProf

Not sure what country you're in or where your qualifications are from but when I tried to buy CND products in Florida (not from Cosmoprof) they were very difficult to get as they're professional only. I took my store registration card in but that wasn't acceptable, they wanted to see my certificates and would only sell to me as a one off/one time thing. However, as I didn't have my certificates on me they wouldn't sell to me all all, they even phoned HQ to ask!

So make sure you research what's needed before you go.
