welcome to the site - it has loads of information you will find helpful while you are studying your course and even beyond
but you wont get many replies to your question as salongeek is not aimed at answering learner's homework questions as it wont help you in the long run if we just gave you all the answers
part of your course will be to research things so that it will help you understand what you are learning, so google it, have a look in your text books/course manual that came with your course, look through your notes that the tutor has given you and then write this as to how you understand what has been asked.
think about how the nail looks and what you have learnt so far in your classes:
- what do think makes a great nail enhancement: shape, length, overall form and design of the enhancement
- how would you like your nails to look that you create
- describe what you have been taught that a nail should be and look like and incorporate the terms you have been asked to use, you could include a diagram too
if you are still stuck look in the tutorials section on the site and you should find some info to help you
