I'm wondering if anyone can help or has a client with the same problem?
I have a client that has one thumb that the skin gets cracked and really sore on.. Just one thumb.. Happens before she ever had nails..
Anyone know why? Or what it is? Or what could help it? Thanks [emoji4]
