Crazy Colour turquoise?

Wondering if anyone can help me it's the craze at the moment my client showed me a picture of rihanna on her instagram don't no if anyone has seen it but it's like a turquoise colour?
She currently full head bleach white and wants to go turquoise/ peacock blue? But I'm not sure if anyone can help me what I can use from the crazy colour fashion shades?

If she's bleached white, that suggests that her hair could be very porous and likely to suck up any direct dye you apply. I'd avoid crazy colour as a brand and use one of the pro brands such as Joico that have their own removers. If she wants to be pale blonde again or a different fashion colour in a couple of weeks you might be struggling to remove traces of minty green!
