im a beauty therapist but am looking for a nail range to use in my manicures and pedicures. i wanted cnd but can i order from them if i haven't trained with them?

Manicure and Pedicure - yes....enhancement products - no!

But then to get the best out of them, I really would recommend a conversion course anyway. The cost of the course usually is equivalent to the cost of the kits, so it wouldn't really cost you a lot.
