I have done 3 out of 4 days of the foundation course and have been sent home to do practice nails but looking at it, I haven`t been shown how what to do with the maintenance nail, can I have some help on this, save me phoning them

you don't do the 're-balance' nail - that all comes on day 4! Do only what Tracey has told you - if you think you have got it wrong or that I have it wrong - call the C.N.A. in Essex and speak to Tracey!! Better to be safe and have her tell you correctly than a bunch of us tell you incorrectly!! 
I have 2 cards to complete and take back with me on day 4. The 2nd card has 6 rows of 5 nails on it, alternating red polish with clear. I didn`t have Tracey as a tutor, it was Jackie Everitt and she showed me someone elses card and all nails were present on the card. I`m probably better off ringing them
