Creative Spa Pedicure steps

I have just ordered the Spa Pedicure Kit (Marine), haven't used it for a while as i have been using 'cheaper' alternative (not as nice!). Thing is, can't remember when to use the scrub and the sea salt glow! Can anyone remind me of the steps please so i can get scrubbing! Thanks.x
