I would hope that these staff are eating more than a quick chocolate bar to keep them going. Of course I am not suggesting that these staff should just eat chocolate bars during working hours, that would be ludicrous, what I am talking about is a quick option that is going give them the required energy boost when literally they havn't eaten for hours on end and they only have minutes before their next operation. I think everyone is guilty of doing this once in a while within their own given circumstances. Obviously something more substancial and nutritious would be the better option but this is not always possible.
