crystal advice please

anyone in geekland who does crystals, could do with a wee bit of advice on a heart chakra layout.

what would you suggest?

What are you trying to acheive hun? And do you know what crystals you want to use?

want to use a theme of rose quartz, but would like to focus on the heart chakra.
I know the heart chakra can also be green crystals too, carnelian, tourmaline, agate, etc, but would really like to use more rose quartz than anything.

Its to balance and harmonize.

Rose Quartz alone works best placed directly over the heart. You could use a green crystal as well placed over the higher heart, this would give balance. Watermelon Tourmaline is the super-activator for the heart and works extremely well with any pink crystals.

Or for a full layout, you could place your green crystal over the heart chakra and layout 7 Rose Quartz directly round the upper body in an arch with one at the higher crown, 2 level with your third eye, 2 with your higher heart and 2 with your Sacral chakra.

If you have them you can add 4 Amethyst points facing outward to draw off any emotional imbalance. Lay these within the Rose Quartz level with your throat chakra and heart chakra, at each side.

In addition to your 7 chakra's, you have other places that to my basic knowledge anyway, are believed to be powerful energy centres. The Higher Crown...just above the head, the Higher Heart....between the heart chakra and the throat chakra, and the Earth...just below the feet are the main examples.

However, you probably know, as well as I, that teachings and practise in crystal therapy differs from person to person, method to method. Its really about what YOU work best with!
