crystal clear microdermabrasion low suction help!

The suction power of my cc maxhine seems very low. Does anyone know how to fix this before I contact the company.

I noticed this with mine a couple of months ago, realised one of the tubes leading to the filter jar had come loose so i pushed it in until it clicked and hey presto!
Could your machine need servicing? Hope that helps x

It can sometimes get blocked too. If you give them a ring they will help out. Kate
