Lol my other half can't stand carrots but every year I hide one in his peas!!! He usually eats it moaning that it's only because it's Xmas!!!!

My mum's trifle! It's the best trifle ever and I love it made with sterilised cream! Still nice with fresh cream, but you can't beat the tinned stuff.

Turkey! Not a huge lover of Turkey, but you can't have Christmas without it and all the trimmings.

A selection box, or three, for breakfast!

I love Christmas :D

My mum's home made sausage rolls and mince pies.

Homemade mince pies
Stollen
Baked gammon
Christmas pudding. I'd eat it all year round if I could

Boiled smoked gammon
Fortnum and Mason petit fours mince pies
Caviar and smoked salmon blinis
Fortnum's Ambrosial Alchemy fruitcake
Exotic cheeses from Neal's Yard.

All currently sitting in my kitchen waiting to be scoffed :D

Crikey, the Ambrosial Alchemy fruitcake sounds interesting!

It's made with figs and dates, as well as nuts, and tastes like fruitcake used to taste.

Ooooh, lovely, all 'Wet,' heavy and rich, I'd imagine? Can't stand 'Dry' fruit cake!
