Curling wand/tong

Im looking for a curling tong/wand that i can use to create loose curls.
Been on amazon and boots etc and read reviews but lots of mixed comments.

Can anyone recommend a good one?

I've seen some lovely babyliss ones, and on the whole I've found their electrical appliances reliable.
