Cutting colored acrylics

I have a lot of the boogie nights colors from EZ Flow..I usually use them just straight (the color they are) but have thought about mixing them with clear to lighten the colors and als to make the color go farther. Do you guys cut your colors or use them straight? Or does it matteR?

i do it alot, especially when the pot starts getting low, i just drop in a couple scoops of clear and it really doesnt noticably effect the saturation of the color or glitter too much
