This great little salon is in a quaint Florida town. The location is fantastic with plenty of visibility from the main highway and plenty of parking.
Current staff and clients are very pleasant to work with and looking forward to our newest team members.
Salon gets unbelievably busy from October through March, and it stays pretty steady with walk in traffic for the rest of the year. Additional marketing by an individual usually yields good results if the tech is skilled enough to keep the client coming back.
New tech will start with salary plus tips, then can switch to booth renter or commission once she/he establishes own sufficient client list.
