Dark eye circles, what to do?

Hi

Here's a client who's suffering with dark eye sockets

She has asked for a course of treatments to help and is saying it's irregular pigmentation but I'm not sure this is the case ? To me it looks like a case of sever dark circles??

Can anyone shed any light or a treatment plan for this that have worked for you?

Could be down to Genetics, health issues, environmental meaning allergies , or unhealthy lifestyle toxins , so many reasons.
