Depends what you mean by "doing graphics" really....to a professional standard for print? You're probably not going to find an app to do that.
That's why people like me exist
However! If you already have a logo and just want to add it to photos and so on for Facebook then I've been told "Phonto" is useful...though I don't use it myself.
People often use that app too add the logos we've designed onto photos etc.

I find it easier to ask Carl from Verve designs to design me my graphics, I've just recently used vistaprint to get my bespoke leaflet design printed that Carl designed for me as vistaprint had a special offer on, I don't want my print work to look the same as my competition so I avoid using vistaprint templates
