Did you train with Creative? If so, you will have a Customer number beginning with a 1 for the Leeds office (I also have one for Acton beginning with a 2) - this is the Customer ID you need.
If you didn't train with them, you will need to speak to them to arrange one - It's the Tuesday after a Bank Holiday and it's raining......Everyone seems to be on the phone today....I'm having similar problems with everyone I try to call today!!! :twisted:
