I have a client who has shoulder length hair. I use dia richesse 6 with 15 vol on the roots to cover grey and 6 dialight on the mid lengths and ends to tone the fade every few weeks. She has had a keratin treatment done else where, as I don't do them, and then came to me the next day for colour. The Keratin has lifted the colour and thrown out a lot of warmth in the reflects. When I put her colour on it doesn't look like the dialight has taken. She hates the light warmth showing but the roots are fine. Any advice as to what to I can do. I have done this colour on her before and its been fine but never so soon after a keratin treatment.
Should i stick with the dialight and use 6.1? Many thanks
