Diamond micro dermabrasion tips

Hi all!
I would appreciate your advice...

Following my electric facial course I purchased a diamond micro Dermabrasion machine on eBay. I have carried out treatments but I don't feel like the treatment is as effective as it should be.

I am wondering whether the diamond tips I got with the machine are good enough, although after researching, they all seem pretty much the same.

Does anyone know if all the tips are the same or can anyone recommend specific tips that are worth getting?

I sell tips if you can message me link to what ones you have or machine I can let you know if they are good.

Likely chance if it's an eBay machine it's not that good and a poor pump.

Actually the vacuum is really good, it's the tips I am concerned about.
