According to a new poll, the growing accessibility of DIY Botox is finding a keen audience, despite continued health and safety fears.

A survey of 1,356 women across the UK, conducted by The Good Surgeon Guide, revealed that 1 in 5 women would be prepared to try home Botox kits, which are available on internet sites.

“The results of our latest research really worry me,” admits Christiana Clogg, founder of The Good Surgeon Guide. “We wanted to emphasise the lengths people would go to and to find that more people would inject themselves with Botox than cut their own hair is really shocking.”
She continued, “Just because DIY Botox is available it doesn’t mean that it is recommended.”

Oh my goodness! If you can get it over the internet how, as you can only get this on prescription? How would you know what you were injecting into yourself? There is a guy called Andy Picket and he regularly buys these DIY kits to test them in laboratory conditions and his results were shocking. He didn't inject but is an absolute boffin who works for a company making a toxin. What he doesn't know about toxins are not worth knowing about. These DIY products are clearly not authentic either!
