Do nail tips smaller than size #10 exist?

I have some clients with short tiny nails that I have to keep filing the sides of nail tip size #10 to make them fit. I’m looking for nail tips to do dipping powder...so can’t “build the nail out” with acrylic. Does smaller nail tips exist? If so...are they available in the states?

I’ve never found any that are smaller but sizing tips is necessary so I do it most sets without really thinking. I also have straight nail clippers that I sometimes use before filling the tip so you could try that.

I also use them for ballerina/coffin side shaping and to reduce the tip length x
