Cheap ain't nice and nice ain't cheap <3
I buy what the client wants!
One client wanted metal bows, rather than the plastic ones that I already offered. Her appointment was within a couple of days so I couldn't order from China and had to pay a little more than I usually would for the plastic BUT, if I hadn't have ordered then I ran the risk that she may have gone somewhere else!
I didn't even charge for the extra cost of the bows - they were £4 for 10 whereas I China ones you usually pay around 99p for 10 - I charge £4 for them putting on 2 nails so I didn't lose out on anything and I had 8 left for other people.. plus, I saved a client for THEIR NEEDS, which, in reality is what it's all about.
