Hi, I’m newly qualified and doing quite well I think (I hope). I have always secretly hoped I could one day do my own lashes. I think realistically express lashes ( lasting for a few days or a week max) would be the best I could hope for as I couldn’t isolate my own lashes individually. So this is my question. As much as I’ve tried I can’t seem to get those lashes in the right place. The way I hold my tweezers for my clients Is wrong for my own lashes. My other issue is that when I do my clients I am wearing my reading glasses. I got some glasses for applying makeup (where one lens flips over so you can do each eye, but these aren’t great. A magnifying mirror has also helped but it’s still not great. Any positioning tips or tips from those with eyesight issues. I’ve been trying single lashes as I like that look best, maybe clusters would be easier as they’re bigger? I am so frustrated with myself as I can do it well on clients but not myself.
