An area with two rooms and a small hall is up for rent,
this area was previously used by a holistic therapist for a number of years,
looking for someone to rent the rooms who does any alternative therapys,
there is already someone in the building (in a different room) doing nails, beauty & tanning so as long as you do different treatments it should work well,
the building is situated on a busy main rd
has a pay & display car park and a free car park, also road side parking,
has a corridor that can be used as a waiting area if you would like.
