Dry nails and hair

My hair is dry and brittle and yes I use mega conditioner and my nails are always splitting. The cause is too much wine. Apart from dropping my wine is there anything I can do. I take a lot of vitamins both for hair and nails to no avail. In your opinion.

IMO I would run a little Creative Solar Oil 2/3 times as day on my nails if I were you, there is nothing IMO to match it. I bet if you do use it you will see a big difference after a few days.

Seriously...I love my wine as much as the next girl but if it was having this affect on my body I would cut down lol! Who told you this your Hairdresser or your Doctor?

As far as dry nails go get a good professional cuticle oil and use it at least 2 or 3 times a day. Then when you see an improvement morning and night time will do.
