Ear piercing and blood thinning medication

I have a lady who would really love her ears pierced. She's an older lady who is taking blood thinning medication. I have told her that I wouldn't be happy doing it as it is a contra indication. What do you all think about writing to her G.P for his opinion?

I don't do piercing but if I did I definitely wouldn't do this without the ok from her GP. Cover yourself!!

Hi im a body piercer I just wouldn't do it full stop GPs often give the wrong information when it comes to piercings iv found x

Thanks for your responses. I said no to the client, but then just thought maybe if I contacted her G.P for consent but I won't.
