Has anyone got an Excel 3 electric couch? I've had mine nearly 2 years and tonight it suddenly stopped going up and down. The head and foot work but the actual height control won't work. I've emailed REM because it's guaranteed for 3 years but thought I'd mention it on here in case anyone else had the same thing happen and knows how to fix it!
