electronic nail file courses?

Hi im saving up to do a nail course next year but i want to learn to do nails not by hand filling but with the electronic files. like they do in leeds market. Does anybody know who teaches that? im pretty clueless right now as checked websites but they dont say. Thankyou for any replies
