ET makeup remover-a lash treatment

Can't remember if I read this or dreamt it as I have read all over my info and can't find it again! But I am sure I have read somewhere that ET makeup remover can be used as a lashes treatment. Can someone please confirm this for me and tell me I am not going mad!
