Ethical vegan, cruelty free make-up and facial products

Popped over from Hair Geek and I promise I did use the search thread first...

I am starting a new venture will be employing a beautician.

I am wanting my USP to be that all the products will be ethical, with no animal testing, with no nasty chemicals in them and if possible suitable for vegans.

This is not an area i have any experience in so would like some recomendations please. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
