Eve Taylor question

Hi I am very new at this so apologies if this is a daft question. I have recently qualified and have been looking on this site for advice on skincare products for my facials. I have gone for eve taylor and just recieved my 1st order.my question is on the pre blended facial massage oils it states if pregnant or on medication consult gp. How do I find out which medications this refers to and if certain conditions cannot be treated. do i need to be aromatherapy trained.
