Expanding mobile

Hi Geeks, I am looking for your business brains....

I have built up my mobile business, slogged my guts off and having worked with various clients including A-Listers I am now at capacity which has made me realise I can do a lot lot more.

I know that there are huge companies in London that employ mobile therapists under one brand but how?? I can't exactly ring them up and ask but what advice can you give?? I am business planning and have lots and lots going on but I am trying to overcome the employing barrier.

What would you do with a mobile therapist? Here are some things flapping around my head.

1) Employ on a zero hour contract and pay them an hourly wage??
2) Pay petrol on top? OR include in their salary?
3) Supply the car??

I would supply all the equipment and I don't think I want to go down the self employed route.

Any ideas??
