Could anyone suggest a good extractor system for mobile spray tanning

I use the maximist overspray extraction fan. And I love it! It took me awhile to find one, but I found this was one of the best deals for price and how much air it filters. The one thing that I also really liked was that this fan had three setting - most ones I looked at only had one. It's also a decent weight for carrying, has a handle and you tuck the cords inside when not using it.
