Eyelash extension infill price help

Hi i have been lashing since oct 2015 and i love it.
i charge £30 for a full set duento local competition charging £25.
Infills are only £20

But i have a few that come back with none or very few lashes left and ive been charging infill price and ive had enough now i have been way to soft lol
Im worried about charging for the time taken as i feel its not their fault im slow lol (it takes me 2 hours to do a full set)
i want to charge more if they arrive with less than say 25% left.
what do you guys suggest

I take 2hrs for a full set.
Infills are priced at 2-3wk infills. I get on what I can in 1hr
4wks + I charge almost the same as full set!! This is also limited to 1hr!!
They will soon start coming on a regular basis!
Don't sell yourself short - I learned the hard way!!

Thanks you for your reply but im really worried about charging by the hour as im worried that the lashes would look awful after only 1 hour
what donyoubthink about charging the higher infil price if they arrive with less than either 30% of lashes left x as i have a small regular client base who return every 3 weeks

It is very difficult to tell what the client's lashes will look like when they come back. I also take 2 hours for initial treatments, 1 hour for a 2 week infill and 1 1/2 hours for a three week. Any longer then they have to have another full set. Unless I know the client well and she looks after them properly. Hth xx

I would do infil price £set price. Valid for upto 21 days after your initial appointment and any day there after its chargeable fir a full set
