Prob going to get shot for this but since my distributors have moved I have been abandoned by Ezflow, I have spent a hell of a lot a money( not hundreds try in the thousands mark)with this company, was promised the earth and got nothing back, so basically had to start again.:irked:

Poor customer service and total lack of support. I was told last July I would "walk my masters" and have heard nothing since!

Had to move on to another company, this is NOT a dig, just truth, stop focusing on getting all the newbies on board and care about your existing customers! I am gutted by the whole thing tbh.

Just to add this is when Ezflow went from Scotland, Derek this isn't about you.

As far as I'm aware Graftons are the major supplier of Ezflow and I don't think you will find it any where else on line to buy

and wait and wait for your order!

not good enough, I had to change a clients nails because of this! A week it took for my order to come!

Just to add when Derek was distributor in Scotland it was next day, he was second to none, come on Ezflow!

Who's your distributor now hun? I never had any problems with orders.....have you had a word with Amber about this...I'm sure she would sort it out for you and look into the problem. She goes out of her way to sort any problems out mate xx:hug:

Graftons are the AUTHORISED distributors for EzFlow in the UK.
If you are buying on line then you are not buying from an authorised source. Buying cheaply online from the US of A or wherever is not the best way of doing things as buying from an Authorisd Distributor gets you so much more, especially technical support.

I am very surprised that you are not getting the service you were used to Fiona, as I know the people at Graftons, and I was lead to believe that the same next day service from HQ would have been the same as had been supplied from Scotland.
I know if you contact the Customer Services Supervisor (I will PM you her details) that you would get any problems you may have had sorted out.

I know that because there is no longer a Scottish sub Distributor that Education may not be what you were used to. i.e. Jo Shirley and Anthony Buckley being brought up to do classes or indeed Sam Biddle Inspire Workshops, but I am sure orders and supply of products will be as normal.

I know what you mean about this not being about Derek, although it is easier for me as I am in the know about all the plans he has for the future
