Cradle...

As I massage male clients, and often most men are fairly tall then the cradle gives the extension on the massage couch that you need, otherwise the client could have their feet hanging over the end of the couch.

Also with the cradle it has the added benefit that you can adjust it as required and if you want to work more on the neck you can slightly drop the cradle allowing more access.

Cradle every time! I'm 6'2" and even with a cradle my feet can stick over the end of the table.

Also a cradle is much more comfortable to lay in for an hour.

For a therapist they give much more access and flexibility in the treatment.

Cradle most definately. Its definately more comfortable and is adjustable to get the client aligned properly.
