Op you seem like a reasonable nice person who want to help her fellow pros perfect for this site.
But this really, really offends me !
Salon Geek is a Community and I have been a member since 2004 and spent the last 18 months as a Moderator,and over the years there have been spats and huffs, and brilliant banter and support...more of the latter that anything else.
If I thought there was a problem on here, I would do my best to sort it, I love being a geek and helping as many Nail geeks as I can.
I wouldn't run away and start my own wee gang.
I am sure this Group was started with the best of intentions, but already 2 days in seems to be turning nasty and is more about slating people on here than talking about hair !
It is very off to come on to a Forum asking people to leave and come to theirs don't you think?
Especially to me, as I spend so many hours on here, tidying up misplaced threads, removing spam, and refereeing.
Good luck to your Group but please no more advertising it on here.
