On the left hand side of my facebook page it says '2 are talking about this'

What does this mean (without me appearing thick) Its not a link I can click to see any information.

I saw it and was just wondering the same thing this morning
I know if I talk about a brand/something popular it says 'so and so is talking about .....' and i click and theres all the other comments about the same thing from other people.
If i mention CND it says '<me> mentioned the campaign for nuclear disarmment' :lol:
whats your facebook? Perhaps we can 'talk about' eachother and see lol x
