Facebook- removing parts of conversation?

Hi all, one of my clients thanked me on facebook for her spray tan, i replied back saying no problem, it looked lovely etc. however in between my clients comment to me and my reply, there is a conversation between my client and another person. I just want the thankyou and my reply to be on my timeline and mot the other unrelated comments. How can i remove individual comments from a conversation???

Hover over the comment if on the desktop version or swipe if I. iPhone xoxo

The only option i can see is hide as spam.... Is there any other way like just hide comment? Xx

if you hover over it there should be an x that pops up in the top right corner. click it and it will delete it

I think you can only delete your own posts but you can hide others or report as spam.
