Could someone guide me please I bought this machine about a year ago and yesterday when I looked at the solution in the bottle A it was like white gunk or floating in it , I am assuming it was a mould but I have no idea why this happened never happened before ,

I don't have this machine sorry, but if there are no replies from other geeks, could you contact the suppliers/manufacturers for advice? Reputable beauty suppliers will have a dedicated customer service team to give appropriate advice.

If it was my product I would check the opened shelf life date and smell the product as your nose can be a pretty good indication of things going off.
