I wondered what therapists included in their facials. I know some do steaming some do not, some offer a foot massage etc, it would be good to add something new to my routine.

Maybe add arm and hand massage too.

I include hot stones on the shoulders and neck before working on the face massage part. I also put hot booties on the feet. Two masks involved so I do a scalp massage during the first and a hand & arm massage for the second one.
