Facial sponges? Help please!

Hi guys

Probably a bit of a stupid question but im just wondering what everyone does with there facial sponges after they have used them.. Do yu use a new set for each client?? Or do yu reuse?? If so how do yu dissenfect them??

Hi, yes I would use a new set for each client. I wash mine in a washing machine, they come out nice and clean.

I did use sponges but changed over to warm microfibre towels and my clients love them, soft on the skin and wash in machine great.x

I use hot towels the majority of the time.
When I do use sponges, afterwards I soak them in Milton, and then put them in my UV cabinet on each side.

I wash them out in an anti-bacterial detergent solution, rinse and then soak overnight in a Milton-type solution(except I use Boots' own make as it's the same but much cheaper). Rinse well before use and replace frequently.

after using my sponges i put them in Milton, i change the water on a daily basis.

I just collect them into a washing bag and then wash them in a washing machine.
