I have a client who has extremely thin skin due to years roaccutane and hormone use for acne skin. Even after being as careful as I could she has a patch of red skin by her lip, warm peron rigot wax used. Has anyone got any helpful tips (different wax etc) so she can continue with waxing treatments? Thank you (thought I should add that she has not been taking roaccutane for years but her facial skin is very thin)

Hi when did the client finish the Roaccutane treatment?

Sorry missed the last part of your sentence. I always use hot wax for facial waxing rather than strip. It's much gentler on the skin.

Xx

I would rather tell her to have Lazer or go for threading if her skin is thinned by roaccutane. Has it been more then 6months since she finished all her medication?
In all fairness you can create scars if her skin is that sensitive.

I'd recommend threading instead X

I wouldn't do it, the skin becomes very thin from this medication
