Facials for problem skin... Which one/products?

My skin has been terrible lately (its dull, oily, full of spots/whiteheads...yuk) so was thinking of treating myself to a facial though I've never had one before.

I seem many beauty salons offering facials with different products eg. Neals yard, dermalogica, guinot etc

What products do you recommend?
