Hi,
I had a wax pot delivered yesterday and got round to turning it on today, it's broken! I've contacted the supplier but I'm just worried that they won't replace or refund me for my item, I'm not really sure of trading laws, do they have to replace it for me? The supplier doesn't open again until Monday so I feel like it's going to worry me all weekend!
