Hi Rhi, believe me it does get easier with practice. I'll give you one tip that helped me tho, i did a seperate nail art course when i was at college and the lady got us practising on nail tips that were stuck on orange woodsticks with blue tack. Ok, so there's no skin around the nail but, by the time you've painted a load of them, you are at least used to painting nails. Then it's just a case of being careful when you start working on the real thing.
